Terms of Service

Hookslides lets you generate marketing carousels using AI image models. By using it you agree to these terms. This is a concise summary — adapt before any serious commercial launch.

Credits. AI generations consume credits. Credits are non-refundable once spent on a successful generation; failed or blocked generations are not charged. Purchased credits do not expire unless stated.

Acceptable use. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you create. Don’t generate illegal content, sexual content involving minors, content depicting real, identifiable people without consent, or anything that violates the image providers’ policies. Don’t impersonate real brands, apps or people, and don’t put real companies’ names, logos or trademarks into the fake lockscreen or notifications. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Marketing honesty & disclosure. Hookslides creates dramatized marketing creative. The before/after photos and the fake lockscreen are illustrations — not real screenshots, not real customers. You are solely responsible for keeping your posts truthful and not misleading, for making sure any transformation reflects what your product actually does, and for complying with advertising law (such as FTC guidance), platform policies (TikTok, Instagram and others) and any “paid”, “ad” or “AI-generated” disclosures required in your market.

TikTok import. The import tool fetches publicly available data from a TikTok link for your own research and reference. Respect TikTok’s Terms of Service and other creators’ intellectual property — don’t re-upload someone else’s slides as your own.

Content & AI. Images are produced by third-party AI models (fal.ai / Google Gemini, or Higgsfield). Output may be imperfect or unexpected. You are responsible for how you publish it.

No warranty. The service is provided “as is”, without warranty, to the extent permitted by law.
